Rhonda F. Waters, MEd, Ph.D., CH, CEO
Dr. Waters received her Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development from The Union Institute, Cincinnati, OH. Prior to that she earned a Master of Education degree from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA
Dr. Waters has extensive academic credentials and life experience in organizational development, including Project Management. She has worked with small organizations and Fortune 100 companies.
She is also Founder and President of The Mutare Group, a full service agency offering business consultation, education, skill development, coaching, and problem solving in all areas of organizational development through coaching, seminars, and professional speaking.
Dr. Waters has developed many on-site and field training programs in the areas of teambuilding, technical training, customer service, personal development, and process improvements. She has studied adult learning methods in depth and has provided meaningful and productive presentations to varied audiences and learning styles. Her doctoral research included creating and implementing a successful collaborative learning program that increased job satisfaction, lowered turnover, decreased defects, and doubled productivity at a major telecommunications company.
During her time working with individuals and organizations she came to learn that many people were capable of more than even they could perceive. What held them back was within themselves. Hypnosis is a tool that has been used for centuries in various forms to help increase capabilities. Dr. Waters has added certification in Consulting Hypnotism as well as specialized courses in Hypnosis for Salespeople, Complementary Medical Hypnosis and Thinner Band ™ Hypnotic Gastric Band Surgery for weight reduction as even more powerful tools for clients and organizations seeking to reach their full potential.
Bonnie J. Jackson, MS, PT, CH, CIO
Bonnie graduated from the University of Vermont with a concentration in zoology and psychology. She earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in New York City, and is currently a licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. She has worked in many venues including nursing homes and rehab facilities. She managed the PT clinic on Otis Military Reservation on Cape Cod, as well as owning a holistic PT practice on the Cape.
Almost from the start of her career she has used hypnotic techniques to complement her PT work, particularly in the areas of pain management, anxiety, and compliance with therapy. She has received extensive training in many energy and manual techniques such as Bowen therapy, massage therapy, total motion release, Usui Reiki, EFT, NLP, and reflexology. She has a special interest in and practices frequency-specific cold laser therapy (LLLT).
Besides her certification with the National Guild of Hypnotists as a Consulting Hypnotist (CH), Bonnie has taken extensive training in smoking cessation, stress management, and weight control. She is a licensed Thinner Band™ Hypnotic Gastric Band Surgery for weight reduction practitioner. Prior to her health career, Bonnie worked in industry, tourism and conservation.
